This pic displaying &quot;How to Enable File and Printer Sharing in Vista&quot; is just what&#039;s needed for proof that a picture is worth a thousand words.  No need to surf the Internet looking for a problem fix because this format of pics and instruction to problem solving got me up and running with no time wasted.  As the only IT person in the building time is critical for me.  Now, if more problem fixes were layed out this way, you would win the award for best customer support.  Thanks
