If you purchased Enterprise Remote Control, or are running the trial – you will want to get this update.

A new vulnerability has been found in SSL used for secure web communications. It is called the POODLE attack

It can be mitigated by upgrading your browser, but the best solution is to fix it on the server side as well.

Our solution to protect you is to completely disable SSL 3.0 (This is where the vulnerability is at). This is an older protocol only used by ancient browsers. Modern browsers use a newer protocol called TLS. We think there will be more vulnerabilities found in SSL 3.0, so this adds some future protection as well.

To update your server, download and install the following setup package:

Enterprise Setup Package

Just install right over your current version, and it will update everything automatically. It should take less than 30 minutes of down time.

Thanks for the updates! Just disable SSL V3 and V2 in your ie browser…
tools->int options->Advanced tab….scroll to bottom. Firefox also has an addon to disable it…as they work on an update.
